Our Process
When winter storms hit, our goal is simple: be prepared, communicate clearly, and take care of our customers—especially those on contract service.

Prepare Before the Storm – Notify customers to advise employees of desired parking zones and trucks moved out of loading doors. We stage salt and equipment (plows, trucks, containers, and hand tools) at the desired level/request of the business.

Deploy Stage 1 – At 2″ we start the clearing process and apply salt especially in the loading zone, emergency exits, and main traffic ways. If the storm is larger, we may deploy salt ahead of the storm.

Deploy Stage 2 – Upon final bust we clear the loading areas, sidewalks, emergency exits, and parking lots and apply or reapply salt to prevent refreeze and ice.

Final Clean Up – If needed, we come back and widen the drives and walkways, load up snow into containers and/or move it completely off transit areas to maintain business continuity.
